Vancouver-based miner Sienna Resources has announced it has retained the services of Harris Exploration Drilling and Associates for the company’s forthcoming drill programme at the Blue Clay lithium project in Nevada, the U.S.

The project comprises 94 contiguous claims totaling about 1950 acres prospective for lithium, Sienna Resources said in a statement.

Jason Gigliotti, the president of the Canadian business, commented that the latest contract marks “an important step securing a very knowledgeable and reputable driller such as Harris Exploration Drilling and Associates Inc.”

“We are very pleased to move forward on our Clayton Valley Lithium projects. We are anticipating drilling as soon as possible and considering lithium prices are currently trading at all-time highs today, we couldn't be more excited about this drill program,” he said. “Nevada has become one of the most sought after lithium addresses in the world, and Sienna is located in multiple locations in this prolific region.”
