Australian miner Jadar Resources has secured four new exploration licences covering a total surface of 261 km across Serbia, hosting lithium-borate deposits.

The miner is planning “to spin out its Serbian lithium and borate assets into a newly incorporate Balkan focused subsidiary, Balkan Mining and Minerals Limited … which intends to undertake an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to facilitate an admission to the ASX,” the company said in a state-ment.

Jadar Resources says its asset portfolio consists of a number of gold/sil-ver and lithium/borate projects located in Austria, Peru, and Serbia.
