Acquisition finalised Indonesian holding Petrindo Jaya Kreasi has completed its acquisition of coal miner Multi Tambangjaya Utama Valued. The deal is worth some Rp 3.2 trillion (US$203 million).
Michael Michael, Petrindo's president director, stated that the "completion of this acquisition marks a significant step for us in ensuring the company's growth.
