Metso has acquired MRA Automation (Multiskilled Resources Australia Pty Ltd), a privately owned engineering company based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. MRA Automation specializes in providing engineering, automation, and software solutions for bulk material handling operators. The company is a leading provider of automation and digitalization technology solutions for ports and terminals worldwide.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value, which has no material impact on Metso’s financials.
